It is disappointing when a business who provides an amazing product or service has to put employee policies in place that treat the customer as less than intelligent. I was completing my choice and paying when a employee popped up out of nowhere and tried to pull my card out of my hand and take over. I told him that I could do it and he could go away. He told me "No!" I went back to completing the transaction and he started to change my selection. I told him that if he touched the screen that I would call the police. He stared at me with anger. I said I can just leave, now here is what blew my mind. This is a quote, "Go ahead!" I won't be back. Ever.

I was a VIP member and visited two locations and was consistently disappointed with the quality. The vacuums were ineffective at both locations and my car still had bugs after washing. When I requested a refund I was denied and given an invalid email address for follow up. I was promised a manager callback that never came. I sent a formal complaint through their website with no response. The customer service experience was dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this membership to anyone.

I paid 12 bucks for a car was that made most of my car a little bit more clean. I ran through a puddle a couple of days ago and it wasn’t even able to remove the dirt from that! It didn’t even remove the majority of brake dust from my wheels. The windows have a ton of brush marks and the back of the car looks like it wasn’t even touched. I’ll have to wait until I get home and wash it myself. Terrible value for money. 12 bucks down the drain.. literally.

I’ve come here before to get my car washed no issue ! But last Wednesday I came paid for their most expensive wash and it damaged my paint on my car it’s been over a week no one has reached out to me ! It’s a new car I am extremely upset… I paid for my car to be clean I didn’t pay $22 to get paint damage I’ve left messages and called with no response … I literally just want this made right and my vehicle fixed after this wash .I filled out a incident report took photos left my information and this is extremely frustrating. Update they called me months later and told me it was no way it was the car wash … and that more of my car would’ve been scratched . So now I have to get this fixed for trying to have a clean car…. I’ll stick to the self serve wash

I got the platinum package last week. I came back today and got another wash and went to get something out my trunk when I got home only to see its very dirty still. I will absolutely be canceling the membership. At least the vaccums work but you can't access them separately without using the carwash I think.
